Classes

Every class is a full-body workout you can dial up or down

Exercises change daily, so the muscles keep meeting new loads. Spring resistance, hand weights, ankle weights, bands and circles do the rest.

Orientation Class

  • New to reformer — mandatory first class
  • Gentle
  • Includes a 40-minute workout

Mandatory for anyone who has never done reformer Pilates before. We start at the very beginning, then get you moving.

We run you through the ins and outs of the studio, including car parking, class bookings, waitlists and courtesy policies.

Then we teach you how the reformer machine works so you stay safe in class, and explain the equipment used to make your workouts more intense as you become stronger and more flexible.

We cover the spinal positions used throughout class to protect your lower back and get the most out of your abdominal muscles, plus the breathing patterns that keep you comfortable.

Once we've run through the details, we start a 40-minute workout and get your Pilates journey underway.

Reformer Class

  • All levels — beginners through athletes
  • Full body
  • 45 minutes

Our signature 45-minute reformer class: an all-over body workout that targets each muscle group in isolation.

The reformer uses springs, pulleys, bars and straps, which lets us perform hundreds of exercises in a variety of positions and target very specific stabilising muscle groups.

The class works from the abdominals and core through to arms, glutes, legs and back. Exercises change daily, placing the muscles under altering loads — an ideal technique for building and toning.

Spring resistance plus light hand weights, ankle weights, bands and circles keep the workout genuinely total-body.

Expect a muscle burn like you've never experienced before.

Strength & Reformer Class

  • All levels
  • Full body
  • 45 minutes

Our 45-minute Strength & Reformer class combines traditional reformer Pilates with strength-based exercises both on and off the reformer.

Using spring resistance, weights, bands and other equipment, this full-body workout is designed to build strength, improve stability and increase muscular endurance.

Strength training can also help maintain muscle mass and support bone density during perimenopause and menopause.

Suitable for beginners through to experienced Pilates enthusiasts. Expect a challenging workout and a serious muscle burn!

7 Day Challenge

4 Week Body Transformation

  • Existing and new clients
  • Committed block
  • 4 weeks

Four weeks of consistent reformer training — the block our regulars use to feel a real change.

A structured four-week block of classes for people who want a defined start and finish rather than an open-ended pack.
